Instructions
1. Click 'submit a report'
2. Enter site name for 'report title' (ex. Bushwick Inlet).
3. Enter general summary of site design and impacts from Hurricane Sandy.
4. Check the box 'WATERFRONT SITES'
5. Fill out remaining fields.
6. Optional: enter your information so we can contact you for follow-up details and to share our findings.
**Be sure to mark your site on the map as follows**
7. Zoom to your site in the map window.
8. Choose the pencil icon. Click once on the map to add a marker icon on your site.
9. Choose either shape or line tool to trace damaged or flooded areas on your site. Click once for each anchor point, then double click to close the shape.
10. Enter location name and relevant links (site webpage, news sources)
11. Upload photos of the site before and after Sandy.
12. Click the green 'Submit' button.
To view other reports, click on 'Reports' to see the entries in list or map form.
